Enjoy our nice home (COWBOY CASA ) where you have the entire house to yourself. It has 3 bedrooms. The Master has a Queen bed with it's own bath with TV in this bedroom. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed (no tv in this room) and 3rd bedroom has two double beds (no TV in this bedroom), with a full tub, shower bathroom across the hallway. The cozy home has two spacious living rooms with TV's in both Living Rooms. There is a wood burning fireplace as well as a full size washer and dryer. The quaint kitchen and dining room has all of your cooking needs with microwave, oven, pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc.. or you can choose to sit outside on the covered patio and cook on the charcoal grill with plenty of grass for the kids to play.
The driveway will only hold 2 cars at the most. On cowboy game day, no cars can park on the street next to the curb. They will tow you. You can NOT park in my grass. If you have a 3rd car, you will have to park 1 mile or so away at home depot, etc and have someone bring you to the house on Cowboy gameday only.
LOCATION, LOCATION. You can see AT&T Stadium from the front yard and you will NOT need a car to go to the game, just walk to it across the street. There is a view of Six Flags and The ballpark at Arlington as well from the front yard. Free Wifi & Direct TV. We have another house as well on the next street, walking distance.

Great property and super great location
My family and really enjoyed our stay. Had a plumbing issue at the start but the owner was quick to get it fixed. Super great location for stadiums and downtown Dallas.

13th birthday guys trip
It was perfect for our needs. Conveniently located between Big D and FtW for the sightseeing we did. Easy access to freeways. Comfortable beds, comfortable living room. The only complaint was the thermostat, we were not able to regulate it. When it got too cold, we turned it off, when we could figure out how to do so. When it got warm, in the mornings, we cut it off, when we could figure out how to do it. We enjoyed it.
