Description
Located on a 300 acre upland hunting preserve this post and beam lodge offers the tranquility of a rural setting with the convenience of being just a mile from a major highway and shopping center. The main room features a huge fireplace, comfortable seating, bar area and a satellite television. It has a full kitchen and dining area with everything you could want, no need to bring things from home. The lodge has 2 bedrooms down stairs sleeping 6 and a loft area above with 4 single beds along with one full and one half bath.
Outside are walking/mountain biking trails throughout the property along with a 3 acre pond for fishing with a canoe and rowboat. The pond has mowed grass along 3 sides for easy access. An outdoor fire pit (with wood) and chairs is available to gather around in the evening.
While we are new to HomeEscape and holidayrentalsbyowner we have been renting out the lodge for more than 10 years and have excellent ratings and many return vacationers.

No deposit is required, full payment is due upon arrival
Bookings cancelled at minimum 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
No illegal drug use or underage drinking, doing so will result in immediate termination of rental with no refund
