Family-moon Quiet Beach Time

I went here with my wife and brand-new in-laws who were in from overseas for our wedding. We headed out to this house two days after we wed and didn't want to return to the city! The house is modest in all the right ways. Nestled into a woodsy, discrete area, the nearby beach is quiet though not desolate. The water was warmer and calmer that on the souther sea-facing shores, and we were able to lounge about on the sand or on our own rafts for hours. There are restaurants and shops nearby, but just far enough away that we felt safe from the normal July 4th hubbub that was resounding around town. In an area like this, we didn't want or need to spend a lot of time indoors, but when we did, it was cozy and comfy and just the right size and speed for our group. Plus, the owner was super easy to work with. Recommended for folks who want a comfy retreat. Just bring that mosquito spray!
