Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
With the windows closed, the noise from outside is unbelievable, makes for sleepless nights. When we first booked the reso, the owner had us change rooms. Which meant cancelling our first choice of room. It was a little disorganized. Before our check in, I sent an email to advise of our flight schedule and see if we may check in a little earlier, I received no response. ( usually the response is quick); therefore arriving at our room and the cleaner was there. She was nice and let us leave our baggage while she cleaned. This could have been prevented if I would have received a reply. In the room, there is no soundproof walls whatsoever! You hear all the other rental units, even with all the doors closed. The only reason that this unit did not receive 5 star is due to the noise level inside the unit.Day or night their is not much resting in peace. I suggest earplugs. The owners were very informative with the local area and what to explore. Thank you.

This small studio was spotlessly clean when I arrived. In August it can get warm and muggy in Québec and a small air-conditioning unit had been placed in the apartment which was extremely helpful. I had a couple of minor problems while I was there which were quickly dealt with. I hope to return and stay in this building again next year.

A great location and a good value. It is a small apartment and there is street noise but it is otherwise well situated.
