All season lakefront house outside with permanent, solid-state dock, outdoor fireplace, bricked patio on the lake. Two decks facing the lake, first floor open plan with sliding glass doors onto second story deck, lower deck off of the T.V. room, just steps down to landscaped patio and dock with two outdoor gas grills.
Indoor all new tile floor with radiant heat, gas stove, comfortable furniture, lots of space with views of the lake from kitchen, living area, two of the four bedrooms, and TV room.
Lower level T.V. has a robust sofa bed and full bathroom.
The stable, composite dock with four cleats supports large boats and no worry about wobble or wood slivers. Have dinner out by the lake on the dock, or on the stone patio, or sit with a glass of wine or scotch at the end of day by the outdoor full, wood-burning fireplace. Grape vines provide privacy and atmosphere ... not to mention organic, Concord grapes if you visit us at the right time of the year!

great property,close to town for shopping,excellent dock,outdoor showers are really cool,I have stayed in over 20 cottages on Keuka and this one is tops !!!

Great For A Group of Friends
Tracy was great and very accomodating. We slept 10 people and very comfortably. The weather did not cooperate with us as the pre storms to Sandy had already rolled into town, but the house more than provided for a great time. Easy access to Penn Yan, any of the wineries as well as the WindMill. The Views of the lake were phenomenal. We will definitely be renting again.

1st-tracy very helpful,generous,&gracious. Very relaxing vacation-peaceful&quiet. nice dog walking neighbors, our dogs loved them. property is within walking distance of Penn Yen. year round dock made it very useful for fishing boat to be tied up & 2 thumbs up for fishing, got13 lakers. Loved the cozy gas fireplace! and 2 refrig.'s, yes. even with all the beds filled with 10 people you Never felt,cramped. Very Spacious! firepit =roasting marshmellows=making my 2 yr. old granddaughter, very happy,All had a wonderful time and a nice family Easter together! thank you for making your home our home.ps had a great time on the wine trails & activities in the towns around the finger lakes.
Great weekend with the Girls
the house was nice even with all the flooding going on this past week. The house was well equipped and big enough for 6 women. Tracy was very accomodating and Russ acroos the road was great as well. We will be back next year.

Keuka lake stay
Tracy's pictures don't do her home justice. Her home is beautiful and we loved the location. Tracy was very quick and helpful when answering questions. She was very accomidating and I would definitely recommend renting from her if you are looking to spend some time on Keuka lake. Her permanent dock is great and very roomy! We had a great time, plenty of room and a very pleasurable stay.
