It is centrally located among fine dining, casual restaurants and excellent shopping, one block off the main avenue of Kalakaua in Waikiki.
It has Central Air-conditioning, Free Parking, a Washer & Dryer, WiFi, Cable TV, Free Long Distance, some 300 Cable Channels including a Movie and Music Channels. It has 2 TV's, plus a king-size Simmons pillow-top Beautyrest bed, and blackout drapes in the bedroom. The Kitchen is fully equipped. Weekly and Monthly rates available.
The condominium has a large pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and deck with barbecue facilities, including refrigerator, food preparation area, and a covered area for outdoor dining.

A beautiful oasis in busy Waikiki
I have just returned from my annual stay at Four Paddle and, as usual, it didn't disappoint. This is a beautifully decorated condo in a friendly,secure building. It is in a great location, with a bus stop right outside and a comfortable walk to the beach and park. The condo has everything you could want and if you have any questions, the owner is just a phone call away. I look forward to returning next year.

Very nice property, well equipped and maintained; a home away from home!
My wife and I stayed in this unit for ten days during September of 2016 and found it to be a very comfortable and pleasant experience. We particularly enjoyed the security of the Four Paddle complex - having a Security Guard around the clock, a gated entry, and an electronic fob required for entry... all a plus. Also, having a free dedicated parking spot in the parking garage was very nice. Margo was a pleasure to work with, having fresh-cut flowers and a bowl full of fresh fruit in the unit upon our arrival. Additionally, she gave us a number of ideas for things-to-see and do while on Oahu (one being the Tantalus Overlook, a must-see). The Four Paddle Condominium sits a couple of blocks over from the hustle and bustle of Kalakaua Avenue, but the walk is a short one. The only downside that I could find is that there is not a view of Waikiki Beach, or of Diamond Head, but that's a small concession to pay given the bang-for-your-buck that you get here! We would certainly place this unit at the top of our list for our next stay in Honolulu.

We had a very relaxing stay at the 4 paddles. The apartment was comfortable and a 5 minute walk the main street of Waikiki. It was good to be just outside the the busy area.

Four Paddles Unit 705, Fantastic vacation home away from home!
The owner, Margo Bourland, met us at the condo despite a late arrival in Honolulu. We found Margo to be a gracious lady who took the time to thoroughly show the condo and parking facility. We arrived to find a large bowl of fresh fruit and a dozen fresh roses, a wonderful welcome following a long journey! This condo offers all the comforts of home and has everything you need to live comfortably while enjoying your vacation such as bath, kitchen and laundry soaps; free indoor parking; beach chairs, umbrellas, and several tote style coolers; a push cart for carrying items such as groceries from your car to the unit; etc. etc. The location was convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We found it a plus to reside on Kuhio Street versus the always busy Kalakaua Avenue. We felt secure and safe on both the property and public sidewalks. There is ongoing construction across the street but it is not an annoyance and limited to weekday daylight hours. We would certainly recommend this property to others considering visiting Hawaii. We found this much more comfortable than staying in a single hotel room with very limited in-room amenities.

Nice apartment in a very convenient location
We enjoyed our stay at Margo's Four Paddle apartment. The apartment was clean and well furnished and Margot dealt quickly with any issues that arose, e.g, an issue with the air conditioning was quickly resolved. The apartment is very conveniently located in heart of Waikiki, a couple of blocks from the beach with bus stops right outside giving easy access to take you to Diamond Head, Chinatown and Ala Moana amongst many other destinations. The only downside is the noise from construction work across the street on a new tower block which also impacts the view from this apartments lanai, but overall our experience was good.

Great condo, good location in the heart of Waikiki
The apartment is very clean, well equipped and maintained. The condo has everything you could want and also a free parking. It was wonderful to stay in a place where you can cook and do laundry. We enjoyed our stay and hope we could return again.

Very happy with our stay
My husband and I stayed for a week long vacation and we were very happy with our stay. We were greeted with a basket of fruits and fresh flowers. Margo was very nice to work with. Perfect location within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. We rented an SUV so having a garage parking space was really helpful as to parking elsewhere in the area can be very costly. It was really nice that we had items to use from the condo for the beach and a small rolling cart to haul items to and from our car. WIFI was a little slow and cuts on and off often, but we were out and about a lot so we weren't too worried about it. Perfect for 2 people, would be tight if you have more. I would definitely rent this place again. Thank you Margo!!

Home for Christmas.
Needed a temp place to stay while my moms unit was being renovated. Margo was super accommodating and called me in Florida to set up arrangements for my stay at her unit when I went home for the holidays. The unit is as pictured. Very clean and well maintained, which I appreciated especially because I have allergies. Was given coffee pods and a bowl of fresh fruit upon checking in. I had no issues while staying there except the lights in the kitchen were not the right type of bulbs for the dimmer switch so they didn't turn all the way off the first couple of nights I was there. Not a big deal, Jackie (friend of Margos who maintains the unit) was there to replace them and the rest of the visit was perfect. Not a very noisy unit with doors closed. I am a light sleeper so having the blackout drapes and air conditioner helped. The bathroom itself is a little small but the sink is separated from the toilet and shower so it helps with space. Overall, I loved the convenience and the location and price for this unit. I would definitely stay here again when I come home to visit! Mahalo Nui loa, Margo and Jackie!!!
