Bear Ridge Lodge is appraised at 3 million dollars. Nestled in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains, the home is located only two miles from the spectacular Amicalola Falls, which is the largest water falls east of the Mississippi and cascades over 700’. This luxury cabin home located on 25 acres of secluded forests is the ultimate setting for your next family vacation, corporate event or romantic get-away. The lodge has everything from a fully stocked lake loaded with Bass and Bream (catch & Release only, canoe, pedal boat, hiking trails, WIFI open broadband Internet, a championship pool table and a 73” HD TV with satellite.
The lodge has 5 spacious bedrooms with 4 1/2 baths. The master bedroom has a spa shower with 6 massaging shower heads and also an infrared sauna with room for four. The Lodge has 4 King size beds, 1 Queen sofa bed, 3 trundles with twin mattresses, a queen futon and 2 inflatable Queen air mattresses. The lodge also has a portable 'pack and play crib and 2 high chairs available for use.
There is a 7 person Hot Tub located on the deck outside the Master Bedroom for your enjoyment.
The great room has 20+ foot ceilings with open beams, a 53” fireplace and magnificent views of the 700' waterfall. The gourmet kitchen has plenty of workspace and can seat 20+ people.
The Lodge has chickens, ducks and miniature goats that are always a hit with the kids. The goats walk each afternoon to the mailbox with no leashes with the renters
To make your stay even more special, there are covered decks that wrap around the front of the home with fantastic views of the falls and an outdoor fire ring to enjoy those wonderful nights. We include all the wood for your camp fires on your visit at no additional cost.
We provide a 'Pirate Treasure Hunt' for the kids (usually 10 and under) that is fabulous. They walk all over the 25 acres solving clues to find where the treasure is buried. They love it!
While this amazing home gives you all of the seclusion you could ever want, it is conveniently located just 2 miles from the Lodge at Amicalola Falls, which has zip lines and a fantastic buffet 7 days a week. For the serious shopper, the North Georgia Premium Outlets are just 20 minutes away!! You are also only minutes away from some of the North Georgia Mountains premier apple houses and fun-filled pumpkin patches. Atlanta Motorsports Park is located only 12 miles away, where the go carts do 60+ mph. We are just 90 miles north of Atlanta and 70 miles south of Chattanooga.
Bear Ridge Lodge is the perfect location for Great Getaways, Family Reunions, Corporate Retreats and small Weddings(20 or less)!

Weekend getaway close to Atlanta
Randy & Becky’s property and grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The grounds are well manicured and the house has every convenience you could possibly imagine. This is by far the best home you’ll find in this area for a large group.

Highly recommend!
We rented this property with my family and their families- 14 people total. The teenage boys enjoyed fishing on the lake, sister in law enjoyed watching football on the large screen TVs in the main room. Kitchen is especially large and accommodated our large group very well! Owners reside on the property and were there at a minute’s notice anytime we needed anything, even brought us a couple of onions for our dinner one night! We enjoyed walking the goats and bottle feeding the little ones, hanging out with the chickens and ducks, and the turkey, Tom. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. 2 of the bedrooms upstairs must share a bathroom. Other 2 have their own private bathroom, one of those including a personal sauna and impressive shower! Most of us enjoyed some time in the hot tub, which was clean and worked perfectly. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place for family gathering
Our family had a wonderful stay at Bear Ridge. The location is beautiful. Our grandchildren loved seeing all the animals and feeding the baby goats. We enjoyed spending time at the lake and having a campfire. It's a great house for an extended family to spend time together. Randy and Becky are attentive and available for anything you may need.

Beautiful getaway
We celebrated a family reunion at Randy and Becky’s beautiful home. The view was amazing and kids loved the goats, chickens and their dog Cooper. We had 8 adults and 2 kids, there was plenty of space for everyone. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the view. Unfortunately we had rain every day, (July) but it allowed us to relax and cook meals in the bi kitchen.

Peaceful Mountain Escape
You will not regret staying at Bear Ridge Lodge. Becky and Randy go above and beyond to make their guests comfortable. This place has anything you could need, wildlife, farm animals, water activities, a pirate treasure hunt and much more. There is plenty of space for a large group and something for everyone to do. If you’re looking to get away, this is the place for you. It’s in a great location if you want to hike and it’s not far from cute downtown cities. There are lots of other things to do in the area, which Randy and Becky can help you plan. I cannot say enough about the hospitality of Randy and Becky!! We made amazing memories this week that will be cherished for years to come! We will definitely be back!

Bear Ridge Lodge is Phenomenal
My husband and I and 4 other couples (family and friends) chose Bear Ridge Lodge to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The lodge itself is spectacular, large, well decorated and had all the amenities our group needed including a fireplace, grill, pool table and hot tub. Outside there are Stunning Views, a wonderful pond with dock, canoe and paddle boat, In addition, I really enjoyed the animals on the property. The hosts allowed me to interact and feed the goats and chickens which was a real treat. The hosts are exceptional people! Randy and Becky were available to answer questions about the surrounding area, history and things to do as well as answer questions about their home. They treated us as family and we in turn consider them family. We will definitely be back to Bear Ridge Lodge and I would recommend it with 10 stars!
